Bank of Korea Governor Lee Chang-yong to Hold Second Half Financial Council Meeting on 25th... Discussing Household Loan Trends
Lee Chang-yong, Governor of the Bank of Korea, will hold the Financial Council for the second half of this year on the 25th at the Bank of Korea located in Jung-gu, Seoul, to discuss household loan trends and other matters.
The Bank of Korea announced that Governor Lee will convene the Financial Council at the Bank of Korea from 6 p.m. on the same day. Representatives from 12 domestic banks, including the Chairman of the Korea Federation of Banks, KB Kookmin, Hana, Shinhan, Woori, IBK Industrial, NH Nonghyup, Industrial, Export-Import, SC First, SH Suhyup, Korea Citi, and K Bank, are expected to attend this meeting.
At this meeting, Governor Lee will brief on recent domestic economic trends and outlook, and discuss major financial and economic issues, including household loan trends and other banking sector concerns.
