Namwon-si Jusaeng-myeon Community Security Council Delivers Gift Certificates to Vulnerable Groups

The Community Security Council of Jusaeng-myeon, Namwon-si, Jeonbuk (co-chairs No Ilhwan and Bae Panyeol) announced on the 22nd that they delivered Namwon Love Gift Certificates worth 850,000 won to 17 vulnerable households so that neighbors in need could have a warm Chuseok holiday.

This project was a specialized initiative promoted through the fundraising campaign of the Community Chest of Korea, providing gift certificates worth about 50,000 won per household so that recipients could directly purchase the necessary items for the holiday.

The Community Security Council of Jusaeng-myeon, Namwon City, delivered Namwon Love Gift Certificates worth 850,000 won to 17 low-income vulnerable households in celebration of Chuseok.

Bae Panyeol, a member of the Community Security Council, said, “I hope this small support will help everyone have a bountiful and abundant Chuseok holiday without any isolated or struggling neighbors.”

No Ilhwan, head of Jusaeng-myeon, expressed gratitude to the Community Security Council members who always strive to share with love for neighbors and said, “We will continue to make efforts to discover and support vulnerable groups.”
