CJ Foodville Engreil Presents Autumn French Course Menu
On the 22nd, CJ Foodville announced that ‘N Grill’ at N Seoul Tower, operated by the company, will introduce a new season-limited course to celebrate the bountiful harvest season of autumn.
With the concept of ‘A Nationwide Autumn Journey from N Grill,’ this season’s course creatively interprets seasonal ingredients from over 10 regions across the country by combining them with French culinary techniques in a modern way. According to the company, the N Grill crew traveled to various places in Korea to select the most delicious regional ingredients in autumn and developed innovative course dishes.
First, the amuse-bouche, a bite-sized appetizer, consists of ‘Gimcheon Shine Muscat Salad,’ ‘Donghae Sweet Shrimp Tartlet,’ as well as ‘Foie Gras Mousse with Blueberry,’ and ‘Truffle Hanwoo Tartare.’ Following this, the appetizer is ‘Wando Flatfish Yuzu Carpaccio,’ featuring flatfish from Wando with a ceviche water infused with yuzu from Goheung, Jeollanam-do. The menu also includes ‘Gongju Chestnut Cream Soup’ and ‘Grilled Scallops with Taean Flower Crab Bisque’ to stimulate the appetite. As a palate cleanser before the main course, ‘Jeju Fig Sorbet with Kombucha Granita’ is provided to refresh the mouth.
For the main course, guests can choose one from four options. ‘Hanwoo Sirloin with Three Kinds of Carrot Garnish’ pairs a charcoal-grilled Hanwoo sirloin steak with carrot garnishes including purple carrots from Changwon, Gyeongnam, mini carrots, and carrot pur?e. ‘Charcoal-Grilled Lamb Chops with Fresh Pear’ is a dish where the deep flavors of autumn seasonal pear and butter harmonize beautifully with the lamb chops. Additionally, ‘Lobster Gruy?re Gratin’ and ‘Sea Bass with Saffron Beurre Blanc’ are also available. For the season’s special dessert, an ‘Apple Caramel Mousse’ cake, a reinterpretation of apple tart, is served.
The menu varies depending on whether it is the lunch, dinner, or couple course.
