Xperix (CEO Yoon Sang-chul) announced on the 22nd that it has signed a business agreement with K&C Associates to enter the HD (Hospitality Design) industry and plans to actively promote personnel and material exchanges, purchasing-related activities, and development support.
The HD industry encompasses the creation of differentiated facility designs across service sectors such as hotels, cruises, and complex buildings. The company, which announced a transformation through new business ventures in August, is currently pursuing new material businesses and entry into new industries. As its first item, it has chosen an Air Solution utilizing CNT (carbon nanotube) fibers, taking a step toward a new leap forward. Additionally, the company has established XAM and IDD KOREA to collaborate with experts in advanced materials and the HD industry.
