[2023 Asia Construction Awards] Doosan Construction Strengthens We’ve Brand, Achieves 'Sold-Out Streak' Despite Recession
This year, Doosan Construction was selected as the Asia Economic Representative Award in the brand category at the Asia Construction Comprehensive Awards.
We’ve, Doosan Construction’s flagship brand established in 2001, recently redefined its slogan as “We’ve got everything” and its five core concepts. The five concepts of We’ve are △Have (a space you want to own) △Live (a space filled with joy) △Love (a space with love and happiness) △Save (a space for economical living) △Solve (a space where everyday problems are resolved). Based on these, We’ve embodies the meaning of creating residential spaces that enhance the value of customers’ lives through aesthetic sensibility, practicality, and the best design and construction technology.
Doosan Construction’s premium residential brand, ‘Doosan We’ve The Zenith,’ has already gained a reputation as a landmark in the Busan area. ‘Haeundae Doosan We’ve The Zenith,’ known as the skyscraper of Busan Marine City, features an exterior design inspired by the waves of the Haeundae sea and the flow of Jangsan Mountain, and has won the Good Design Award and the Red Dot Design Award.
Along with brand strengthening, Doosan Construction is also enhancing customer satisfaction and brand competitiveness through the development of new technologies and construction methods, as well as patent acquisitions. In June, they obtained a patent for a ‘bathroom flap cabinet with improved functionality’ equipped with a towel sterilizer, and registered a design for a ‘sensor LED light with sterilizing lamp’ added to the lower part of a shoe cabinet.

In fact, starting with ‘Incheon Doosan We’ve The Central’ in Dong-gu, Incheon, with a total of 1,321 households in April, contracts were completed for a total of 1,167 households at ‘Doosan We’ve The Zenith Central Wonju’ in Wonju, Gangwon Province.

The successful sell-outs of these complexes were largely due to reasonable sale prices, the high recognition of the We’ve brand, and specialized designs. A complex that embodies these core brand values of Doosan Construction is ‘Bupyeong Doosan We’ve The Park,’ located in Sangok-dong, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon. This complex will be built with a total of 10 buildings, ranging from 4 basement floors to a maximum of 26 floors, and will have 799 households. Elementary, middle, and high schools are close to the complex, and surrounding transportation conditions will greatly improve in the future. Once the Sangok Station (planned) on the extended Line 7 subway is newly established within walking distance, it will be possible to travel directly to the Gangnam area of Seoul without transfers.
