View original imageThe Gyeonggi-do Jeonse Damage Support Center published the ‘Support Guidebook for Jeonse Fraud Victims’ on the 20th to make it easier for victims of jeonse fraud to find support information.
This guidebook was created in response to feedback from the ‘Jeonse Fraud Victims Meeting’ held last month, where victims expressed difficulty in finding necessary information. It compiles support details, procedures, and contact information for related organizations in a way that is easy for victims to understand at a glance.
In particular, it introduces the ‘Emergency Housing Relocation Expense Support Project for Jeonse Fraud Victims,’ which is being proactively implemented by Gyeonggi-do, focusing on the key points for easy comprehension.
Lee Kyung-sun, head of the Gyeonggi-do Jeonse Damage Support Center, stated, "Although various support projects for jeonse fraud victims are currently being operated, it was true that it was difficult to find all the support programs one could apply for at a glance. Since this guidebook was created through direct communication with residents who suffered from jeonse fraud, we hope it will be useful throughout the support process for jeonse damage."
