Kyobo Securities Donates for Chuseok Holiday through Working Challenge
Kyobo Securities announced on the 20th that it has donated 12 million KRW collected through the walking challenge "TogeThe Healthy Steps" to child welfare organizations.
The donation was raised through the walking challenge TogeThe Healthy Steps held during the Daedongje event, a labor-management harmony festival, on September 3rd.
Planned to practice ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management and promote the health of employees, TogeThe Healthy Steps was a fundraising event where 10 KRW per step was donated while trekking the highland forest trail course in Gangwon-do.
The collected funds were delivered as Chuseok holiday support donations to 12 child welfare organizations, including Seoul Seongrowon and Sangnok Childcare Center, which have had long-standing relationships with Kyobo Securities.

Seo Seong-cheol, Head of the Change and Innovation Support Office at Kyobo Securities, said, "Through this challenge, we hope people feel the importance of forests and practice carbon neutrality in daily life," adding, "We plan to continue expanding support for marginalized groups along with eco-friendly activities."
