The main contents included confirming evacuation routes and emergency exits for life evacuation and rescue, fire extinguishing using in-house fire facilities, checking evacuation paths by target group, identifying obstacles to on-site activities, confirming the location of fire facilities, selecting vehicle department locations, and initial response by related personnel through actual drills.
Chief Yang In-seok stated, “Nursing facilities have many patients who find self-evacuation difficult, so failure in initial response can lead to large-scale casualties, making the swift initial response of related personnel extremely important.”
He added, “We will do our best to improve the initial response capabilities of related personnel through continuous drills and to maintain ongoing safety management.”
