The Seoul Administrative Court, Administrative Division 12 (Presiding Judge Jeong Yong-seok), on the 18th, granted the suspension of execution request filed by Chairman Kwon against the Korea Communications Commission, asking to stop the effect of the appointment decision for the interim director of Bangmunjin. The court suspended the effect until the 30th day from the date of the ruling on the main case, including the cancellation lawsuit of the dismissal filed by Chairman Kwon.
