Conrad Seoul announced on the 18th that Kuga Restaurant from Bali, famous for its Michelin 3-star chef, will hold its first pop-up event in Korea.
Kuga Restaurant is a well-known restaurant located on Jimbaran Beach in Bali, famous for its tapas dishes. The tapas dishes offered by Kuga Restaurant include three types: pork buns, barbecue octopus, and Bali breakfast. Considering the popularity of tapas dishes among Koreans, Kuga Restaurant plans to actively showcase them at this pop-up event as well.
Kevin, a Canadian and the head chef of Kuga Restaurant, has worked at Michelin-starred restaurants in Spain, Madrid, and New York. Most recently, he was affiliated with the Shangri-La Hotel in Singapore and the Shangri-La Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Kevin said, "Thanks to the support of Korean customers, I was able to come to Conrad Seoul," adding, "I hope many people will experience Korea's Kuga Restaurant at 37 Grill & Bar, where you can enjoy the dazzling Seoul night view and the Han River view."

Meanwhile, this event will be held for three days from November 16 to 18 at '37 Grill & Bar' on the 37th floor of Conrad Seoul. Reservations will open from September 18. During the event, dinner events will be held on November 16 and 17, and a brunch event will be held on the 18th.
