Shopping Event Visiting 8 Traditional Markets
Daegu Dong-gu Office (Mayor Yoon Seok-jun) is holding a ‘Traditional Market Usage Campaign and Shopping Event’ ahead of the Korean traditional holiday Chuseok.
From the 18th to the 25th, the event will be held sequentially at eight traditional markets including Bullo Traditional Market in Dong-gu, Daegu, with participation from Mayor Yoon Seok-jun, members of various organizations, and public officials.
They are requesting participation in price stabilization through the use of traditional markets and sound consumption culture, distributing promotional items such as shopping bags and dishcloths, and listening to difficulties faced by citizens through the shopping event.
In Daegu, a ‘Chuseok Traditional Market Marketing Event’ is underway to promote the use of the traditional market online platform. Customers who purchase more than 10,000 KRW at 27 traditional markets registered in Daegu receive a 3,000 KRW discount, and in Dong-gu, Dongseo Market and Bullo Traditional Market are included.
