The Suseo Police Station in Seoul announced on the 14th that they have arrested and are investigating a man in his 30s, Mr. A, on charges of refusing a breathalyzer test after causing a car accident. Mr. A is accused of refusing the police's request for a breathalyzer test (refusal of breathalyzer test under the Road Traffic Act) after hitting a taxi with a Bentley on a road in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, around 9 a.m. that day.
As a result of the accident, a taxi driver in his 50s and a passenger in their 20s sustained minor injuries.
