Through the MOU, LG CNS will open a recruitment-linked contract department called the 'AI Data Science Department (tentative name)' at the newly established Graduate School of Convergence Data Science at Korea University by the end of this year. In June, LG CNS established a contract department within the Graduate School of Security at Chung-Ang University to train security experts and improve the education and job skills of LG CNS internal employees.

Starting from the 2024 academic year, LG CNS plans to select more than 20 graduate students annually to secure talents specialized in data and AI. The curriculum design and class operations of the new department will be handled by elite experts, including professors from Korea University's Data Science Institute and LG CNS's data analysis and AI research and professional committees. The goal is to cultivate practical talents who can be immediately deployed in the field without additional job training after graduation.
