This event was conducted in a survival quiz format to determine the last person standing, with about 200 employees representing each department, town, township, and neighborhood participating.
Questions included 26 OX and multiple-choice items on the Anti-Graft Act, Conflict of Interest Prevention Act, and Code of Conduct for Public Officials, as well as 6 subjective questions to decide the final winner. Seo Do-yoon, an administrative officer from the Taxation Division, became the last person standing and the Golden Bell champion.
Officer Seo Do-yoon said, “While preparing for the Integrity Golden Bell, I carefully reviewed integrity-related laws and had the opportunity to study on my own,” adding, “It will remain a long-lasting memory during my public service career.”
Mayor Yoon Byung-tae encouraged the staff, saying, “I hope this smart Integrity Golden Bell competition becomes a meaningful occasion where employees can easily and enjoyably immerse themselves in integrity and all participants unite with one heart to reaffirm their commitment to integrity.”
Meanwhile, to improve internal integrity, the city is promoting anti-corruption and integrity policies such as the ‘Integrity Live Concert,’ a cultural integrity initiative, and the ‘Visiting Integrity Roundtable,’ which gathers opinions from all employees.
