"Due to Social Dissatisfaction"... 20s Male Arrested and Sent for Prosecution for Throwing Bricks from Building Rooftop
A man in his 20s who threw bricks and other objects from the rooftop of a building due to dissatisfaction with society has been referred to the prosecution.
On the 12th, the Seoul Western Police Station announced that they had arrested and sent a man in his 20s, identified as Mr. A, to the prosecution on the 7th on charges of attempted special injury and special property damage.
Mr. A is accused of throwing bricks and wooden blocks from the rooftop of a seven-story commercial building located in Eungam-dong, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, at around 8:30 a.m. on the 4th. The bricks thrown by Mr. A weighed approximately 3 kg each. Some vehicles were damaged, but no casualties were reported.
