The exhibition is organized by iF&Co and Hori Factory, and sponsored by Seoul Art Guide and One Medics Industry.
All proceeds from this exhibition will be donated to iFchildren’s cultural and artistic exploration field programs for small elementary schools in domestic regions.
The exhibition is held simultaneously at three locations: Hori Art Space and iF Lounge in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and Gallery Mir, the cultural space of Mir Dental Hospital in Daegu.
Considering the nature of the charity exhibition, it is characterized by consisting of small items at low prices. iFchildren explained that this exhibition offers an opportunity to own works encapsulating the artistic worlds of famous senior and mid-career artists such as Lee Geonyong, Kim Geuntae, Kim Hyunsik, Lee Inam, Kim Nampyo, Byun Woongpil, Dadaz, Jeon Ahhyun, and young artists for a few million won, while the proceeds are returned to society as an art sharing fund, fulfilling both good consumption and happy ownership simultaneously.
When corporate entities or businesses purchase artworks for less than 10 million won, the cost can be processed and there is a tax-saving effect, making this exhibition even more noteworthy.
The exhibition was planned with the purpose of combining art, charity activities, and social contribution participation beyond simple aesthetic enjoyment, allowing everyone to enjoy the emotional value of art, and through this, art sharing provides future generations with diverse experiences, enabling them to have a broader perspective on the world.
Artist Shin Cheol, who participated in the exhibition, said, “Artists are often known as recipients of help, but it is especially meaningful to be able to play a role in giving help,” and added, “I will share various opinions and hearts about participating in social contribution activities with many artists.”
Kim Yunseop, chairman of iFchildren, said, “I am grateful that this exhibition was made possible by the shared desire to see what good influence art can have on society,” and added, “We will do our best to fulfill the role of the Art Sharing Art Platform so that the good will of many artists’ social contribution art sharing can be properly highlighted. We will also seek various projects and exhibition plans so that these experiences can become a more special opportunity for artists’ creative activities.”
