A man in his 30s was arrested by the police for threatening another person with a weapon over a parking dispute in the heart of Gangnam.
On the 12th, the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul announced that they had urgently arrested and were investigating a man in his 30s, identified as A, on charges including special intimidation.
