Hana Financial Group Holds Global Corporate Culture Workshop for Overseas Local Employees
Hana Financial Group announced on the 10th that it held the '2023 Second Half Hana Global Corporate Culture Workshop' at the Hana Global Campus in Cheongna, Incheon, from the 4th to the 9th.
This event was organized to share and disseminate the group's future direction and sustainable Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) management activities through diverse perspectives of global local employees.
Additionally, 30 overseas local employees from 20 countries who attended the event were introduced to the group's global status and strategy, corporate culture, and ESG management activities. Various programs were also conducted to strengthen the group's global capabilities and foster a sense of belonging, including meetings with CEOs of major affiliates and tours of the headquarters.
Lee Eun-hyung, Vice Chairman of Hana Financial Group, told the overseas local employees, "Hana Financial's strength lies in the diversity shown by employees with different cultures, backgrounds, and thoughts," adding, "Through this workshop, I hope you not only gain an understanding of the group's corporate culture but also fulfill your role as ambassadors of the group's mission and vision for the global One Team."

Meanwhile, starting this month, Hana Financial Group will implement a personnel exchange program called 'Global Mobility' utilizing the group's domestic headquarters infrastructure. Through this, overseas local employees plan to gain work experience at the domestic headquarters for about five months to enhance job suitability and communication with domestic employees.
