[Photo] Yangcheon-gu Y Education Expo Day 2... From Career Rock Concert to Titan Robot!
Lee Gijae, Mayor of Yangcheon District, visited the ‘Career Rock Talk Concert’ held on the second day of ‘Y Expo 2023’ at the Yangcheon Culture Hall Grand Theater on the 8th to communicate with youth and parents.
The ‘Career Rock Talk Concert’ held that day to resolve youth’s career and college admission concerns and to foster vision featured Kwak Yoon-gi, a former national short track speed skating representative from Yangcheon District and a popular sports YouTuber, as a mentor who engaged in career discussions with youth panelists.
Also, Jamie Bitton, CEO of Crimson Education, an admissions consulting company and a simultaneous admittee to prestigious overseas universities, appeared as a video mentor to share strategies for foreign university admissions.
Mayor Lee attended the Career Rock Concert and took time to empathize with local students’ career concerns and directions for college admission support.
In the afternoon, the giant robot ‘Titan’ performed songs, dances, and a tear water gun show at Yangcheon Park, elevating the atmosphere of the expo site.
