According to the county on the 5th, the monthly employee assemblies, which had not been held during the COVID-19 pandemic, have been resumed since June to provide a platform for communication and harmony among employees. Through voluntary presentations, they are not only generating ideas for county administration development but also pioneering a new culture by sharing information among staff.
At the regular assembly in September, a total of four junior public officials will share information and build consensus for county administration development through 5-minute speeches on various topics such as "Before and After Becoming a Public Official," "Bustling with Books and People at 1004 Bookstore," "Civilian Casualty Incidents in Shinan-gun Before and After the Korean War," and "Achievements in Garden Creation and the Necessity of Gardens."
