Yongin 'The One Nursing Hospital' Building Listed for Sale
A large nursing hospital building located in Giheung-gu, Yongin, has been put up for sale. According to the investment banking (IB) industry, the 'The One Nursing Hospital' building, which spans from three basement floors to eight above-ground floors in Giheung-gu, Yongin, is the subject of the sale.
Samjong KPMG is managing the sale and is reportedly supporting marketing activities while contacting potential buyers. The deal size (price) has not been determined.

The One Nursing Hospital is equipped with an outpatient clinic center, rehabilitation treatment center, rehabilitation ward, inpatient rooms, intensive care unit, VIP ward, and a walking garden. The building area is 1,560㎡ (approximately 472 pyeong) with a floor area ratio of 281% and a building coverage ratio of 48%. It is located about 40 minutes from Gangnam, Seoul, and is accessible via Suwon-Singal IC. It is accessible by public transportation from Singal Station on the Suin-Bundang Line, and the nearby GTX-A Yongin Station is scheduled to open in the first half of 2024. According to the land use plan, various development projects such as apartments, residential officetels, including the currently occupied nursing hospital, are possible, and it can be developed for various uses such as senior welfare housing.
