Korea Exchange Appoints Kim Jeong-hoon as Outside Director
The Korea Exchange announced on the 5th that it has appointed Kim Jeong-hoon, CEO of the UN SDGs Association, as an outside director.
On the same day, the Exchange held an extraordinary general meeting at its Seoul office and appointed CEO Kim as an outside director (public interest representative). The term is three years.

Born in 1981, Outside Director Kim currently serves as a member of the ESG Management Committee of the Korea Inclusive Finance Agency, a member of the ESG Committee of the Credit Recovery Committee, a research collaborator at the United Nations Research Institute for Social Development (UNRISD), and a specialist member of the Presidential Committee on Carbon Neutrality and Green Growth 2050.
