TS Trillion, 11.7 Billion KRW Difference Arises from Asset Revaluation
TS Trillion, the manufacturer and seller of the flagship brand ‘TS Shampoo,’ announced on the 4th an increase in tangible assets due to asset revaluation.
TS Trillion reported that as a result of asset revaluation of its headquarters building located in Yangpyeong-dong, Seoul, its hotel in Gangwon Province, and recently approved land in Paju City, tangible assets increased by 11.7 billion KRW. In particular, the land in Paju City is near the GTX-A line’s Paju Unjeong Station and is adjacent to an actively progressing four-lane road construction project, making it a site expected to see continuous value appreciation in the future.
A TS Trillion representative stated, “Compared to last year, tangible assets increased by 11.7 billion KRW, improving our financial structure,” and added, “We will continue to strive to secure financial soundness and enhance shareholder value.”
