Icheon-si Hosts 'Janghowon Hwangdo' Tasting and Exhibition
Submission of Agricultural Products by Farmers on the 19th-20th
Gyeonggi-do Icheon City announced on the 4th that it will hold the 'Janghowon Hwangdo Peach Evaluation and Exhibition' for three days from the 22nd to the 24th during the 'Haetsare Janghowon Peach Festival.'
The evaluation and exhibition, marking its 27th year this year, will be held at the Agricultural Products Distribution Center in Janghowon-eup during the festival period.
Applications for entries will be accepted for two days from the 19th to the 20th, and the entry standard is 10 fruits/4 kg of the Janghowon Hwangdo variety. Applications can be submitted to the Agricultural Counseling Office of each eup, myeon, and dong or to the Fruit Research Team of the Research and Development Division.

An official from Icheon City explained, "This event was organized to promote quality improvement through friendly competition among farmers and to actively inform consumers of the efforts of farmers producing high-quality peaches."
