McDonald's Officially Launches Mobile Pre-Order Service 'M Order'
McDonald's announced on the 4th that it will officially launch 'M Order,' a new mobile pre-order service through its official application.
M Order is a service that allows customers to pre-order menu items through the McDonald's official app and then quickly and conveniently pick up their products at the drive-thru, front counter, or table inside the store. This is expected to minimize waiting time for in-store pickup and greatly enhance customer convenience.
To use the service, customers select the desired store and pickup method (drive-thru, front counter, or table) through the M Order menu within the McDonald's app. Available stores are automatically displayed in the M Order tab, and customers enrolled in McDonald's point accumulation and redemption program, 'My McDonald's Rewards,' will automatically earn points when ordering through M Order.
To celebrate the official launch of the M Order service, McDonald's will offer special benefits to users over a five-week period. During the first week of the promotion starting today, the popular side menu item 'Shanghai Chicken Snack Wrap' will be available at a discounted price of 900 won, with new popular menu items offered at discounted prices each subsequent week.

A McDonald's representative explained, "Prior to the official launch, we conducted pilot tests sequentially in regions such as Busan, Gyeonggi, and Seoul since July to improve the service's completeness."
