He also said, "Thanks to that brand, I became president," and emphasized, "I think this is the 'hottest brand in the world'."
Former President Trump repeatedly stated that his assets have "intrinsic value" and that if he were to sell them, they would be assigned a "shocking number" in value.
He compared his real estate holdings, such as the Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida and the Turnberry golf course in Scotland, to Leonardo da Vinci's masterpiece "Mona Lisa" and works by Impressionist painter Auguste Renoir.
He said, "Among my assets, there are many things like the Mona Lisa or Renoir paintings," and added, "Why would someone spend $250 million (approximately 300 billion KRW) on a painting on a wall? Because they are very symbolic assets, and I have countless things like that."
The media pointed out that in his testimony, former President Trump used the words "beautiful" and "incredible" 15 times each to describe his assets, and said "phenomenal" six times, employing all kinds of superlative and glamorous adjectives.

The New York State prosecutors believe that the Trump family underreported real estate values to pay less tax, while inflating asset values during bank loan processes to gain unfair benefits.
In documents submitted to the court, prosecutors stated that former President Trump inflated his assets by about $2.2 billion (2.9 trillion KRW) in 2014 and obtained unfair profits over approximately 10 years from 2011 to 2021 from lenders, insurance companies, and others.
Meanwhile, in his testimony for this lawsuit, former President Trump praised his past actions as U.S. president, calling them "the most important work" and saying, "Through this, I saved millions of lives."
