The golf membership market showed a slight decline for the first time in a while.
According to Donga Membership Trading Center on the 2nd, the average price of 100 major memberships traded nationwide is 247.43 million KRW. This is a 0.21% decrease compared to last week. By price range, the ultra-high price segment fell by 0.04%, the high price segment by 0.01%, and the mid-price segment by 0.13%. The low price segment showed no change. Donga Membership Trading Center stated, "The golf membership market still has minimal trading volume," adding, "As inquiries for purchases increase during the autumn season, trading volume is expected to gradually rise. The market will continue to show a differentiated trend by category with a sideways movement."
The average price in the central region is 280.07 million KRW, down 0.05% compared to last week. The 88 course shows a stronger wait-and-see stance among buyers due to additional listings on top of existing registered properties, resulting in a 1.02% decline. Giheung also fell by 1.11% as individual listings increased. Vallios dropped by 2.78%, and Songchu by 0.72%. On the other hand, Namseoul rose by 1.41% amid a sharp increase in asking prices and inflows of both individual and corporate buyers. Team leader Park Cheon-ju said, "The central region membership market is generally maintaining a sideways trend with fewer fluctuating items," and predicted, "Trading volume will increase ahead of the autumn season, showing a differentiated trend by category."

The average price in the southern region rose 0.18% from last week to 162.94 million KRW. Yongwon increased by 1.14%, and Bora by 1.54%. Changwon fell by 0.55% due to decreased purchase inquiries amid a wait-and-see stance. Corporate purchase inquiries are increasing in the Gyeongnam region. Goseong Nobel has accumulated purchase orders without any transactions. Team leader Lee Yun-hee analyzed, "The southern region memberships are showing a differentiated market by category," adding, "Fluctuations are minimal, and the market will continue to move sideways for a while."
