On the 31st, GH announced that starting from September 1, it will begin a jeonse lease consultation chatbot service that allows GH jeonse lease customers to ask questions anytime, 365 days a year, and receive immediate answers.
Customers who wish to use the GH jeonse lease chatbot can access the GH website via mobile or PC, click the chatbot icon at the bottom right corner, or search for "Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation" in the KakaoTalk 'Channel' search bar and enter through the provided URL.
The GH jeonse lease chatbot is equipped with over 30,000 questions and answers, covering basic guidance such as eligibility and application methods, supported housing types, support amount limits, Q&A for new contracts or renewals, and frequently asked questions (FAQ), with plans for continuous expansion.
Having passed cloud security certification, this chatbot offers fast feedback within 0.3 seconds and high response accuracy. It is also designed so that customers who find it difficult to type specific questions can simply access the chatbot service and click on recommended keywords to find answers to their inquiries.
Starting with this pilot project for the jeonse lease chatbot, GH plans to expand the application of chatbot and AI systems across all its operations.
Kim Se-yong, President of GH, stated, "The significance of this jeonse lease chatbot lies in its ability to respond immediately to customers' questions at any time, 365 days a year," adding, "We will continue to explore and implement various ideas to make it more convenient for customers to use housing welfare services."
The existing housing jeonse lease project is a housing welfare initiative where eligible tenants search for desired housing within the support limit, GH signs a jeonse contract with the housing owner, and then re-leases the property to the tenant at an affordable rate.
