Hwasun-gun, 2nd Progress Report Meeting on Joint Government Evaluation
Full Effort to Improve Poor Performance Indicators Aiming for 2 Consecutive Years as No.1 in the Province
On the 28th, Hwasun-gun, Jeollanam-do, announced on the 29th that it held the 2nd progress briefing session for the 2024 government joint evaluation, presided over by Deputy Governor Kang Jong-cheol.
The briefing session was held to review issues focusing on underperforming indicators among the total 75 indicators and to encourage performance improvement.
In particular, unlike the previous method where department heads reported, team leaders who are responsible for proactively driving the tasks reported, allowing for a meticulous review of each indicator.
Deputy Governor Kang Jong-cheol stated, “The interest and effort of team leaders and staff are crucial for improving joint evaluation performance,” and urged, “Please actively strive to exceed the targets.”
The county plans to continuously monitor performance improvement by holding frequent briefing sessions and providing one-on-one consulting for staff, aiming to maintain the overall 1st place in Jeollanam-do.
