Dong-A University, "Beautiful Regional Language Calligraphy" Contest
The Korean Language and Culture Institute at Dong-A University is hosting the "Beautiful Regional Dialect Calligraphy Contest."
This contest is organized to commemorate the 577th Hangeul Day and aims to showcase the beauty of the Busan dialect through calligraphy works, allowing participants to fully appreciate the charm unique to the Busan dialect.
Anyone can participate in the contest. After downloading the application form from the Dong-A University Korean Language and Culture Institute website, applicants should submit the completed form along with their calligraphy artwork file by October 1 via email, in person, or by mail.
The Institute will select a total of five works through judging, awarding one Grand Prize, two Second Prizes, and two Encouragement Prizes, along with certificates and prize money.
The results will be announced on October 6 on the Dong-A University Korean Language and Culture Institute website.
