Sancheong Expo, SNS Supporters Launching Ceremony Held
Selected 18 People in Total from 2 Fields Including YouTube and Blogs
Officially Starting Activities as Sancheong Expo Promotion Agents
The Organizing Committee of the Sancheong World Traditional Medicine Anti-Aging Expo in Gyeongnam (hereinafter referred to as the Organizing Committee) announced on the 29th that it held the SNS Supporters Launching Ceremony at the Donguibogam Village Expo Theme Pavilion.
The event was attended by about 20 people, including Park Jeong-jun, Secretary General of the Organizing Committee, Sancheong Expo SNS supporters, and related officials of the Organizing Committee. The ceremony proceeded with the awarding of appointment certificates, viewing of promotional videos, event guidance presentations, and activity briefings.
Additionally, a Donguibogam Village fam tour was conducted to allow supporters to directly experience the expo information necessary for their activities. The fam tour was composed of items that can be experienced at the expo venue, such as tasting Sancheong agricultural specialty products and making Gongjindan, and was provided to the supporters.
The Organizing Committee selected 18 Sancheong Expo SNS supporters in two fields, YouTube and blogs, from 26 applicants who applied through an open recruitment in July, and they will start actively promoting the expo through their personal social networking services (SNS) from September 1.
Secretary General Park said, “As the influence of online platforms grows these days, the role of SNS supporters is becoming more prominent,” adding, “We ask you to make efforts in producing various contents of the Sancheong Expo and online promotion, and to consider yourselves as ambassadors and engage actively.”
The 2023 Sancheong World Traditional Medicine Anti-Aging Expo is an event jointly hosted by Gyeongnam Province, Sancheong County, and the Ministry of Health and Welfare, and organized by the Sancheong World Traditional Medicine Anti-Aging Expo Organizing Committee. It will be held for 35 days from September 15 to October 19 at Donguibogam Village in Sancheong under the theme “Promise of the Future, Traditional Medicine in the World.”

Currently, advance ticket reservations are being accepted until September 14 through the Sancheong Expo website, Naver, and offline channels such as NH Nonghyup Bank, Gyeongnam Bank, Saemaeul Geumgo, and the Expo Organizing Committee.
