Motorola Foldable Phone Lands in Korea... 'Razr40 Ultra' Released
Motorola Korea announced on the 28th that it has launched the flip-type smartphone Motorola 'razr40 ultra' with a large cover display in the domestic market. The Motorola razr40 ultra is the second product released through a self-supply model following the Motorola edge40.
The razr40 ultra features the largest 3.6-inch cover display among existing flip smartphones, and when unfolded, it is only 7mm thick. It is equipped with a 6.9-inch Full HD+ OLED display supporting a 165Hz refresh rate, Dolby Atmos sound, fast charging (33W), and a 3800mAh battery.
The razr40 ultra includes a FlexView feature that allows easy creation of SNS content with self-video and photo shooting functions at various angles. When using the phone as a tripod, users can check their appearance directly through the large cover display while shooting.
Using the display fingerprint reader, the phone can be unlocked with just a screen touch. Thanks to the large 3.6-inch cover display, users can perform most functions such as watching videos without opening the cover. The razr40 ultra boasts a sleek design with perfectly aligned top and bottom corners when folded, eliminating gaps in the folded part.
Additionally, it offers a mirror mode with 3x zoom that allows users to use the large cover display as a mirror for makeup. The camera applies dual-pixel phase detection autofocus for faster and clearer photo shooting. With an f/1.5 aperture, it captures brighter photos, and the OIS (optical image stabilization) function prevents unwanted shaking.
The razr40 ultra provides the Ready4 feature, which wirelessly connects the phone to a TV or external monitor. Users can enjoy videos, games, and other content on a larger screen, and the desktop mode feature allows using the razr40 ultra smartphone as a wireless mouse pad while utilizing the TV or external monitor like a PC.
The Motorola razr40 ultra is available in two colors: Infinite Black and Viva Magenta, the Pantone Color of the Year. It offers two years of free after-sales service through 46 service centers nationwide.
