647 University and High School Students Awarded 630 Million Won in Scholarships
Saewool Nuclear Power Headquarters of Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power (Head: Jo Seok-jin) has selected scholarship recipients every year since the establishment of the Saewool Headquarters in 2017 to foster future generations and improve learning conditions in the areas surrounding the power plant, providing a total of 5.11 billion KRW in scholarships by 2022.
In 2023, Saewool Headquarters also awarded 630 million KRW in scholarships to 647 local university and high school students.
On the 24th, Saewool Headquarters held the 2023 Saewool Headquarters Scholarship Certificate Award Ceremony, attended by Head Jo Seok-jin, representative scholarship recipients, and their parents, where scholarship certificates were presented.
