About 50 participants took part in this volunteer activity, including the Hanul Headquarters labor-management joint volunteer team, Buk-myeon Development Council, the Senior Volunteer Group composed of retired KHNP employees settled in Uljin, and the Buk-myeon Women's Volunteer Association.


The participants started from Heungbu Market in Buk-myeon and walked along approximately 1.5 km of the beach near Seokho Port, collecting scattered trash on the shore as part of the environmental cleanup. During the activity, the participants collected about 1 ton of waste.
