Prosecutors Conduct Search and Seizure at MFDS Related to Former Director's Improper Solicitation Case (Update)
The prosecution is conducting a search and seizure at the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) in connection with the case of a former MFDS commissioner suspected of violating the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act.
On the 28th, the Food and Drug Crime Investigation Division of the Seoul Western District Prosecutors' Office (Chief Prosecutor Park Hye-young) announced that they are conducting search and seizure at three locations, including the MFDS commissioner's office in Cheongju, Chungbuk.
