View original imageIn response to the recent increase in demand for delivery food due to the rise in single-person households, the county has formed an inspection team of 9 members divided into 4 groups to carry out a special hygiene inspection.
During this period, the inspection will thoroughly check ▲ hygienic management of cooking areas and facilities ▲ storage and use of ingredients past their expiration (distribution) date ▲ compliance with food ingredient preservation and storage standards ▲ compliance with refrigeration and freezing food preservation standards ▲ measures to prevent contamination by rodents, pests, and other foreign substances.
