Nam Taeheon, Director of the Korea Forest Welfare Institute, Receives Korea Leadership Award
The Korea Forest Welfare Institute announced on the 25th that Nam Tae-heon, the director, received the Grand Prize in the "Transformational Leadership in Central Public Institutions" category at the '2023 Korea Leadership Awards' ceremony hosted by the Korean Association for Public Administration.

Nam Tae-heon, director of the Forest Welfare Institute, was recognized for his innovative efforts in vision and public value creation, strategy formulation and execution, resolving current issues, communication, and organizational culture, earning him the Grand Prize in the "Transformational Leadership" category.
The awards were presented across four categories: Transformational Leadership, Empathetic Leadership, Authentic Leadership, and Service Leadership.
