Namhae-gun Holds Opening Ceremony for Women-Friendly Next-Generation Leadership Academy
Namhae-gun, Gyeongnam held the opening ceremony of the 'Women-Friendly Next-Generation Leadership Academy' at Hwajeon Library Multipurpose Hall.
The opening ceremony held on the 23rd was attended by County Governor Jang Chung-nam, County Council Chairman Lim Tae-sik, and about 50 trainees.
The 'Women-Friendly Next-Generation Leadership Academy' was established to increase understanding and interest in women-friendly cities and to enhance the personal capabilities of female leaders who will lead this initiative.
In the first session of the day, instructor Park Seung-o gave a lecture on the theme of 'Vision and Goals of Regional Leaders.'
Governor Jang said, "I hope you will further strengthen your capabilities as female leaders and actively participate in county administration. We will spare no administrative support to establish a women-friendly city."

Namhae-gun plans to form a talent pool and strengthen human networks after the completion of the Next-Generation Leadership Academy.
