Pulmuone Introduces 'Domestic Soybean Oriental Aloe Fresh Natto'
Addition of Domestic Grade 1 Soybeans and Functional Ingredient Aloe Gel
Pulmuone Foods announced on the 24th that it has launched 'Guksan-kong Oriental Aloe Saengnatto,' which contains domestic first-grade soybeans and the functional ingredient aloe gel to help improve gut health.
Guksan-kong Oriental Aloe Saengnatto is a high dietary fiber and high protein product containing 4g of dietary fiber and 6.83g of protein per pack. The company explained that the natto is made more approachable for consumers trying it for the first time by adding an oriental sauce with the nutty flavor of sesame seeds. It also includes the functional ingredient aloe gel, which supports gut health.
While producing the new product, Pulmuone used a 'cold maturation' method that slowly ferments the natto at a low temperature of 0~2℃ for 48 hours, minimizing the characteristic pungent smell and creating a clean taste.
Additionally, considering the domestic climate characteristics, Pulmuone applied the patented 'CAS system' to the fermentation room design to minimize temperature variations during production. This allows consumers to enjoy Pulmuone natto with consistently high quality and uniform fermentation regardless of the season.
