Gwangju Nambu Police Station Conducts 2023 Eulji Training
Gwangju Nambu Police Station announced on the 22nd that it will conduct the '2023 Eulji Exercise' from the 21st to the 24th to establish a national emergency preparedness posture.
The Eulji Exercise is a government-led nationwide drill conducted to actively respond to wartime, emergency situations, or equivalent national emergencies by reviewing and supplementing general plans and practicing procedures for performing wartime missions.
At Gwangju Nambu Police Station, the exercise began at 6 a.m. on the 21st with an emergency assembly drill for all staff. Subsequent activities focus on mastering emergency response procedures, including discussions on major wartime issues, civil defense training, and a hostage and explosive device terror situation drill at Bitgoeul Jeonnam National University Hospital.
