Collaboration Across the Patient Food Market Including Product Research, Development, and Distribution
Daesang Wellife announced on the 22nd that it has signed a business agreement for research and development with Nutri, a Japanese company specializing in patient food products.

Through a strategic partnership, the two companies will share various product information and expertise in the patient food market and engage in product research and development.
Daesang Wellife plans to closely cooperate with Nutri, led by the No.1 domestic patient food brand "Newcare." Newcare offers products for a variety of patients, including general patients as well as those with ▲cancer ▲diabetes ▲kidney disease ▲pressure ulcers and burns, and has continued its partnership with Nutri by officially selling Nutri's texture-modified food REF-P1, which helps with the intake of liquid diets.
Nutri is a company with specialized expertise, achieving over 40% market share in Japan's semi-solid food market. The patient food market in Japan is active in various categories such as ▲semi-solid foods ▲texture-modified foods ▲viscosity-variable foods. Based on its accumulated know-how in senior and patient foods in the market, Nutri will collaborate with Daesang Wellife.
