The court stated, "Based on the materials submitted by the defendant alone, it is difficult to see that CEO Baek used a business method of dominating commercial districts with a low-price strategy and then raising prices to secure profits. This claim contradicts the general evaluation consumers have of CEO Baek's business," and ruled, "The defendant's claim is merely a malicious criticism that distorts the facts."
