National Health Insurance Service to Hire 366 New Employees in the Second Half of the Year
The National Health Insurance Service announced on the 21st that it will hire 366 new employees in the second half of the year to serve as lifelong guardians of the nation's health.
The number of hires by job category is 212 for administrative positions, 35 for health positions, 106 for nursing positions, and 13 for IT positions. Recruitment will be conducted through open competition and restricted competition (for persons with disabilities, veterans, and Gangwon talent).
The NHIS will conduct the entire recruitment process, including document screening, written tests, and interviews, based on the National Competency Standards (NCS), focusing on competency-based hiring. Socially disadvantaged groups such as persons with disabilities, basic livelihood security recipients, single-parent families, and North Korean defectors will be given preferential treatment during the recruitment process.
Applications can be submitted online through the recruitment website from today until 5 p.m. on the 30th.

The final successful candidates are scheduled to be appointed as trainees starting December 14 and will work at headquarters, regional headquarters, and branches (including business offices) located in the region they applied for.
