A robbery occurred at a credit union branch in Daejeon Metropolitan City, and the police are currently pursuing the suspect, Yonhap News reported on the 18th.
At around 12:30 PM that day, a man wearing a helmet barged into a credit union in Gwanjeo-dong, Seo-gu. The man sprayed fire extinguisher powder, threatened the bank employees, and fled with cash. The exact amount has not been disclosed.
At the time, there were two employees in the bank, and the crime reportedly took place while one of them was in the restroom.
The police are tracking the suspect who fled on a motorcycle.
