The ceremony will be attended by Mayor Park Hyung-jun, Dream Theater CEO Seol Do-kwon, and Busan Community Chest Secretary General Park Sun-wook.
This donation ceremony is part of the 'My First Musical Campaign,' which Dream Theater, the largest musical theater in Korea, is conducting with the city to provide opportunities for low-income youth deprived of cultural experiences to watch musicals.
On this day, Dream Theater will donate 400 tickets for the world-renowned musical 'Les Mis?rables' Busan performance, hosted by Dream Theater.
The donated tickets will be delivered to the Busan Community Chest, which will distribute the performance tickets to 400 low-income youth aged 13 and over residing in Busan, who are deprived of cultural experiences, through the local Child Welfare Association.
The musical 'Les Mis?rables' marks the third season celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Korean licensed performance. It will be performed first in Busan from October 15 to November 19 at Dream Theater, followed by performances in Seoul and Daegu.
