Jung Yu-mi and Lee Sun-kyun's 'Sleep' Advances to Fantastic Fest
The Largest Genre Film Festival in the United States
The film "Jam," starring Jung Yu-mi and Lee Sun-kyun, will be featured at Fantastic Fest following its appearances at the Cannes Film Festival (Critics' Week), Sitges Fantastic Film Festival, and Toronto International Film Festival. Distributor Lotte Entertainment announced on the 17th that the film has been invited to the event held in Austin, North America, on the 21st of next month. It is the largest genre film festival in the United States, covering horror, fantasy, science fiction, and action. Previously invited Korean films include "Decision to Leave," "Hunt," and "Wolf Hunting."

"Jam" tells the story of a husband exhibiting abnormal behavior during sleep and his wife’s efforts to uncover the secret behind it. Directed by Yoo Jae-sun, who worked in the directing department on films such as "Okja." Annick Maunert, Fantastic Fest programmer, described it as "a thrilling exploration of the horror latent in sleepwalking." The film will be released on the 6th of next month.
