Hana Securities "Accelerates Security Token Business"... Platform Construction Planned
Hana Securities is accelerating its token securities business to take the lead in the digital asset market.
According to industry sources on the 14th, Hana Securities plans to complete the selection of external partners within this month and officially begin building a security token business model platform starting in September. To this end, the company aims to complete its application for innovative financial services by the end of the year and pursue collaborations with various digital asset-related companies.
Previously, Hana Securities signed business agreements with major companies such as Print Bakery, ITCEN, and Danal Entertainment to collaborate on token securities businesses and fractional investment platforms based on diverse underlying assets including artworks, gold and silver, and mobile content. The company also plans to expand collaboration models with new asset platform companies involved in accounts receivable, small business real estate funding, and digital content distribution.

Choi Won-young, Head of the Digital Division at Hana Securities, stated, "There is high interest in the issuance of token securities and the secondary market from companies holding various underlying assets," adding, "Through business model advancement and rapid platform development, we will connect various assets to security token products, supply them to the market, and provide customers with new investment experiences."
