"Board of Audit and Inspection Audit, We Will Perform Diligently"
The Ministry of Gender Equality and Family stated that it "cannot agree" with the criticism that it lacked a sense of responsibility for the disruption of the '2023 Saemangeum World Scout Jamboree.'
On the 14th, Cho Min-kyung, spokesperson for the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, held a regular briefing at the Government Seoul Office and said, "The Ministry of Gender Equality and Family feels a heavy responsibility as the main ministry that prepared and supported the operation of the Jamboree, which did not proceed smoothly."

Regarding the criticism that "the budget for facilities was allocated too little," she responded, "The Board of Audit and Inspection is expected to address the Organizing Committee's budget allocation and usage during the audit."
As for the return schedule of the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family officials currently dispatched to the Organizing Committee, she explained, "I will check the exact period later and inform you."
