The 2023 World Jamboree will conclude with a closing ceremony and K-pop Super Live concert held at 5:30 PM on the 11th at the Seoul Sangam World Cup Stadium. Approximately 40,000 World Scout Jamboree participants will attend, with the program proceeding in the order of highlight video screening, Scout oath, handing over the federation flag to the next host country, farewell speeches, closing declaration, and closing address. Attendees include Prime Minister Han Duck-soo, Andy Chapman, Chairman of the World Scout Committee, Ahmed Alhendawi, Secretary-General of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, and Ban Ki-moon, Honorary Chairman. Scouts from the UK, the United States, and Singapore who left early are also expected to participate.
On the stage for the Scout oath, representatives from Korea, Ireland, and C?te d'Ivoire will stand. The Korean Scout representative will present the Scout federation flag to the Polish Scouts, the next host country of the World Jamboree. The closing address will be delivered by Prime Minister Han, who will offer farewell remarks encouraging the Scout spirit and dreams.
The government and organizing committee have estimated an entry time of over three hours, considering the scale of about 1,000 buses and 40,000 participants. Scouts will enter in a staggered manner from 2 PM, guided by regional leaders. A government official stated, "We will issue different types of passes to Scouts and staff and assign access control personnel at each entry point to prevent various accidents."
To prevent dehydration and exhaustion caused by the hot weather and crowd density, hydration stations have been set up. The Ministry of Health and Welfare and Seoul City will operate four on-site emergency medical centers staffed by 42 medical personnel. Dinner will be served between the closing ceremony and the K-pop Super Live concert. A government official said, "We have prepared 35,000 regular meals, 5,000 vegan meals, and 7,000 halal meals, focusing on foods that do not spoil easily."

Performers include NewJeans, NCT Dream, ITZY, MAMAMOO, The Boyz, Shownu & Hyungwon, fromis_9, Zerobaseone, Kang Daniel, Kwon Eun-bi, Jo Yuri, P1Harmony, Kard, The New Six, ATBO, Psykers, HolyBang, Liberante, and IVE. After the performance, considering weather conditions, fireworks and a drone show will be held during the waiting time until exit.
The government conducted on-site inspections on the day to ensure safe proceedings. Special attention was paid to crowd control, operation of the command post, and rescue and first aid plans. A large police presence will be deployed before and after the event to minimize inconvenience to nearby residents and people using surrounding roads.

Scouts will move to their existing accommodations according to their country’s schedule immediately after the K-pop Super Live concert ends. They will have personal time to organize their belongings and prepare, then depart according to their country’s plans. Some countries will stay longer in Korea to experience local culture. A government official stated, "We will closely cooperate with the World Organization of the Scout Movement to provide seamless support for vehicle allocation and transportation for the Scouts’ departures."
