Gwangju Bank 'Customer Win-Win Idea Contest' Event Awards Ceremony
Gwangju Bank announced on the 10th that it held an awards ceremony for the 'Customer Co-prosperity Idea Contest Event' to celebrate being ranked number one in brand power for six consecutive years.
This event was organized to commemorate being selected as number one in the local bank category of Korea Brand Power Index (K-BPI) for six consecutive years and to listen more closely to customer voices.
The contest themes were ▲New products and services that customers can conveniently use ▲Digital financial ideas for developing into a 100-year bank ▲Inconveniences related to Gwangju Bank’s products, services, and systems.
Through judging, the grand prize (1 person) received a Gwangju Sangsaeng Card worth 500,000 KRW, excellence awards (2 people) received Gwangju Sangsaeng Cards worth 300,000 KRW each, encouragement awards (50 people) received convenience store mobile gift certificates worth 20,000 KRW each, and participation awards (first 100 people) received Starbucks mobile gift certificates worth 10,000 KRW each.
The grand prize-winning idea, "Proposal for a Minor-Specialized Service Using Smart Banking," reflected financial trends enabling minor children, the future leaders, to use financial transactions more conveniently.
